To put minds at rest following yesterday’s post, no, I’ve not given up.

Marmite has developed a brand on the basis that you’ll love it or hate it. There is no middle ground and it’s a binary choice about taste.

But tastes change. Someone I know who couldn’t stand it has learnt to love it. They now have it every day on toast for breakfast.

This self limiting belief has robbed them of years of enjoyment of something. We all have these kind of beliefs that we can’t , won’t, haven’t and shouldn’t. What are we missing out on because we’ve framed that decision as a part of us?

I’ll never eat peanut butter or drink coffee though.
