I saw this excellent flowchart last week on the Feverbee blog. Now view this from a learning and development perspective and draw out what your process looks like.

It won’t look as simple as this but I’d bet there will be numerous steps that need not be there. If you did map it out, what would a LnD users journey in your organisation look like?
