In March 2020 I left an office for the last time. I didn’t know then it was the last time but with the Covid lockdown, end of my contract and the change of building letting arrangements, I’ll never be going back.

In a locker on one of the many floors there is a mug, some tea bags and sugar. The mug is a physical representation of what’s left behind.

I have to wonder what else I left behind, which skills and attitudes I no longer hold or subscribe to.

Do we need physical emblems to frame points in our development?
