I needed to check the tyre pressures on my cycle and couldn’t find the note I’d made which details what I needed to know.

A quick Google and I was losy. I knew the manufacturer but finding the particular model of tyre proved impossible. I did a search of my emails for the brand and found the receipt which I was sent when I’d bought the tyre. With this information I found the specific pressure immediately with a more specific search.

A few thoughts:

Don’t delete your emails.

Archiving emails takes a second.

Be specific when you’re searching.

Give people help when they’re looking by making stuff easier to find.
