I’ve been delivering some face to face learning over the last two days. It’s been enjoyable, challenging and interesting – for me at least.

I’ve been talking with people about a range of things, including modern learning. One moment stands out which I’ve been reflecting on. When discussing the shift in learning and how there are rafts of channels available to frame ‘content’ I’ve managed to miss ‘doing the job’.

Doing the job isn’t content of course, but the comment from a participant has reminded me I need to stop, pause, review, and reassess the things I talk about.

Always learning.
