I was re-reading the CIPD 2023 Good Work Index the other day and noticed a couple of interesting data points.

The first one is that almost a third of the people surveyed (over 5 thousand) felt they were overqualified for their job. The second point was that the same proportion of people felt they can cope with more demanding duties.
