I heard a suggestion on a recent podcast there is no more need for content since we’ve already covered all the topics under the sun.

If that’s the case, the learning profession should be the greenest industry going. Recycling and reusing content should be second nature. We’re not reskilling people, we’re upcycling them; taking their skills and attributes and finding better ways for them to work.
