Approaching retirement

This image displays a pair of white double doors that are closed. Each door has a panel design and features a brass-colored door handle mounted on the right side. The doors and handles show signs of wear and age, with some visible chipping of the white paint and tarnish on the handles, suggesting that they are not new and have been used over a period of time.

I was reminded my age when I found out I was going to be a grandparent and, although I have no intention of retiring, reflected on what approaching retirement might be.

It’s also one of the topics we re planning to record for the Women Talking About Learning Podcast. It’s scheduled to record on Friday 19th April at 3:00 pm BST and we’re really keen to showcase previous, new and diverse voices talking about this topic – the more, the merrier!

If you are interested in taking part, please contact natalie@llarn.com and she’ll send the details to you.

Looking forward to seeing you then.
