To maintain a mining facility on the moon, a corporation staffs the base by using clones who have a shelf life of three years. At the end of each three year cycle, the clones health deteriorates and they are destroyed. Each clone has the basic knowledge to manage the facility competently and needs minimal training.

As a new starter joins your organisation, think about how you’re onboarding them. Is the impression created that they are just filling a hole, or are you REALLY flexing to accommodate them within the business?
