Interaction matters

A post I put out last week attracted several thousand views and many dozens of likes, comments, and reposts.

I don’t write posts to create this level of interaction; I do write posts to create some interaction. Someone said to me recently how the posts inspire and I’m pleased to hear that. However, that inspiration doesn’t mean anything unless they share it, tell people about their interpretation of it, or explain to others why I’m wrong.

As Seth Godin said last week:

Every interaction leads to the next interaction.
But the first one starts the whole thing. And that one can be up to us.

The Interaction Cascade

I’ll keep starting the engagements and interactions. Your job is to keep them going.

Thanks for keeping up with the work.
