I watched the Panorama episode on BBC1 on Monday about the battle over the return to the office.

I was particularly struck by this quote from one of the speakers:

Really, it’s simply my conviction that we as a team can do so much more when we’re together. And that’s my privilege, because I’m the boss and I built this up.
