
I’ve seen this phrase coming up more in L&D recently. I have an idea of what is suggested by it but I’d be keen for people who have more expertise to explain it to me in simple terms please?
The context of my request is this; there appears to be a continuous cycling of the following words in workplace learning discussions:
- ability
- behaviour
- knowledge
- skill
