On Monday we sent a speaker template to everyone presenting at PodLearnFest.

Within 24 hours, loads of speakers had posted their versions. Not because I asked them to chase engagement but because they wanted to.

Since then, more have followed. The comments sections are busy as people are tagging colleagues, asking questions, and sending me messages.

This is what happens when you bring together people who actually want to share what they know.

PodLearnFest is the UK’s first event combining workplace learning and podcasting. It’s for L&D professionals who podcast, want to podcast, or want to understand how podcasting fits into how people learn at work.
