Showing up

Showing up day after day is tough. The demand is familiar: more, faster, better. AI makes it feel achievable but it probably isn’t, at least not in the way people expect.

Speed without diagnosis produces more of the wrong thing, faster. AI amplifies that problem before you notice it.

The professionals holding their ground right now are the ones asking what “better” actually means before they build anything. That takes time. It takes refusal. It takes showing up with a question when everyone else is showing up with a solution.

That’s the work. Keep doing it.
