Strategic vision

If the strategic vision of your sponsors is to ‘do’ learning in a different way, that’s not a strategic vision. Inform your sponsors – learning is changing and a supply driven approach won’t work. A strategic vision of learning is more than delivery – it’s design, evaluation and purpose before you think about delivery.

Silence
