An L&D Manager, determined that Learning and Development should be an integral part of business activity. Too often managers ask for training as an afterthought, and, since L&D haven't been involved in the design, it fails. Let's get L&D included as an intrinsic part of business practice; we need to demonstrate its value, successes, and how it adds to the business performance.

Off the grid

This will be my last blog post for a little while. I found out last week that I have to have some surgery on my eye and it will mean I will be out of action for the next few weeks. See you on the other side.
