Being responsible

I read a lot about responsibility and how there’s a need for people to be responsible for their own data, security, learning, conduct, etc. I see less about people being accountable. Responsibility can be delegated and ceded. Accountability can’t. Stop taking responsibility and start being accountable. #ItStartsWithMe
