If you’re going to ask me to appear at an event on a panel, please note the following:
Before committing, I will only speak on panels which have an equal gender and ethnicity split**.
If you want me to write an article, interview me for a podcast, or speak at an event I WILL ask you about the gender and ethnicity split of the other contributors. If it’s unbalanced, I’m likely to say no.
Change won’t happen unless you change yourselves.
#ItStartsWithMe
**Edit
