Top Trumps is a card game I played in the 70s. I had different sets – sports cars, warships, etc – and remember playing for hours at a time, trying to work out the strategies to beat the deck.
I think we spend a bit of time in LnD trying to equalise our Top Trumps in work, i.e. remove all signs of weakness while maintaining the positions of strength.
People aren’t like that though. By increasing resilience, you might be reducing flexibility. Upping focus might reduce cooperative ability.
Top Trumps is a game we win by exploiting weaknesses. Don’t play it at work with people.
