I’ve decided this site needs an FAQs page so I’ll be creating a 16 page document with NAQs (Never Asked Questions).

The NAQs will be used to avoid me interacting with people – like FAQs do.

The NAQs will cover every little variation from the norm – like FAQs do.

The NAQs will be written, published and left to become dated the moment they’re produced – like FAQs do.

The NAQs will be resented by users who can’t find the answer to the question they have right now – like FAQs do.

If you’re using FAQs, have a proper think about whether they really FAQs or QsTWTPWA (Questions That We Think People Will Ask).
