Not the move from face to face to online but the murky world of pivot tables.

I had a problem working out how to interpret some data the other day so pinged out a message on Twitter. Within an hour I’d had 3 responses and spoken to Jeff Wren who helped me realise I was over complicating things.

As Jeff said, we really can’t see the wood for the trees sometimes.

More importantly, knowing you can call for aid and someone will help you find your way out of the wood is invaluable.
