
Like many people, we have a set night when we have one meal. For us, it’s always a Friday and it’s always pizza. It’s never the same pizza though – that’d be really dull – and no pepperoni on mine.
For the rest of the week we eat an enormous range of food and will rarely eat the same thing twice in a month, except pizza.
Your learning offer needs to be similar; people need to know they can get the familiar on a regular basis. However, that doesn’t mean you’re expected to stick to a set menu. Make the other items a rich variety of flavours and diverse content.
Is the pizza heated face-to-face in your oven, or is it a remote operation, ordered online and heated in Dominos oven ? Or does that vary too ?
