I saw another example of solving the wrong problem recently.

Cheating in online exams appears to be widespread at the University of Auckland with claims students sitting online exams are gathering on group calls to discuss the answers.

Work is being undertaken to detect and penalise cheating. In a digitally enabled world that we have now, it’s almost as if examinations are the wrong thing to be doing.
