Resourceful

Over the past few weeks I’ve been asking which skills, attitudes and influence learning functions need to develop.

Today it’s a question about resources – what resources do a learning team need to be effective?

I’ve a few ideas. At a transactional level it’s content – whatever that might be – which can be easily accessed, used and shared. At a more operational level, it’s likely to be about the systems and processes the team and organisation uses. At a tactical level I’d expect teams to be able to access data and reporting to make their decisions data-led. At a strategic level, it’s about the right people in the right place.

Which resources do you think
a) learning teams need to be effective and
b) which they are missing the most?
