I was looking at an open access study of a comparative evaluation of quality and depth of learning by trainee doctors in regional, rural, and remote locations in Australia.

It looks into how GP trainees in all locations experienced comparable learning experiences and depth of training but learning in rural and remote locations had equal or more opportunities for seeing higher complexity patients.

Simple question – as part of your learning design how are you building the places for people to go to manage more complex queries?
