I know I bang on about the Women Talking About Learning podcast a lot but I don’t care. It IS, without doubt, the most satisfying thing I’ve done in my Learning and Development career.

I’ve been tracking the stats back for the last few weeks and it’s solidly in the top 5% of business podcasts worldwide and I couldn’t work out why. A brief check of the listening data explained why. Just over a third of listeners are from the UK, just under a third are in the US, and the other third is the rest of the world.

I’ve mentioned before that we set it up with the hope of a half dozen episodes and 500 downloads. To see it has global impact is just bewildering to us.

Don’t assume the thing you’re doing won’t have impact. Don’t suppose that what you’re doing doesn’t make a difference. #ItStartsWithMe
