What did you do which was notable last week? Something which you would deem worthy of noting down?

Firstly, did you make a note of it. If not, why not? Doing things which would be worthy of recognition will remain unnoticed if you don’t consider them to be of enough value to note. If you don’t establish the standard which requires you to make a note, how will you know when you exceed it the next time?

Next, did anyone tell you what you did was of note? Did you brush it off as part of your job? If you didn’t recognise when people considered you completed some notable activity, you’ll ALWAYS consider what you do lacks worth.

Lastly, if you didn’t find anything notable, and no one said anything, what will you do this week to change that? And where will you note it?
