The Learning at work 2023 survey report from the CIPD is out and it’s a compelling piece of research. Massive credit to Laura Overton and Andy Lancaster for producing such a comprehensive piece of work.

It’s rich in data and I’m still working through it but this really stood out:

Only one in five learning practitioners strongly agree they are prioritising the skills they need to help their organisation in the future

If you work in learning and are one of the 4 in 5 who isn’t, you’re probably not reading this post.

If you are reading it, I’d expect you’re one of the minority and I need to know, how are we going to reduce this gap?
