Just had another invite to an event to hear from a learning provider with a panel of speakers. The panel is, of course, three white men. When diversity is represented by one man having a different colour shirt and one with less hair than the other two, you’re struggling.

Is it REALLY that difficult for men to put egos aside and create space for women?

The learning provider made a show of celebrating International Women’s Day with a showreel of what their customers were doing. Just 120 or so days after International Women’s Day, it seems some people have forgotten about #EmbracingEquity already.
