We mentioned the first pilot of the Learning Chat Live didn’t go ahead as well as we’d expected so we’re having another go.

Starting at 8am tomorrow, we’re going to try again.

But we’re not just trying; we’re going to have to measure to make sure the things we want to improve, the audio, the chat, access, etc are better.
