I surprised myself last night when I did a check back on the number of books I’d read this year – apparently it was 23.

I truly didn’t remember reading that many and was surprised by the breadth of topics. There was more fiction than I usually read but also very little from the Learning and Development space. I’ve mentioned before about looking outside your area of expertise for inspiration. Seeing the variety of books I’ve read I’m really happy to see I practice what I preached.
