It’s the 25th anniversary of the Learning Technologies Conference and Exhibition this year and I’ve been thinking about the following:

• What do you see as the most significant shifts in learning tech over the past 25 years?
• What challenges remain unchanged? Why?
• How prepared is the L&D profession to navigate these changes in the next 25 years?
