Middle man

A very still and calm morning at London Docklands, creating a mirror reflection of London Excel

When I started in work we didn’t have the technology or resource to learn what we wanted and had to go through a training department, intermediary, or some other formal gateway to learn what we wanted.

The shift in technology has reduced this need for a middle man and people in work now expect direct access, a voice, and a choice.

As you walk into the Learning Technologies Exhibition and Conference over the next couple of days, think about how you’ll be perceived as a middle man, supporting other people in your organisation, and how the technology you see might help that.
