How often do you use contrast in your learning design?

I don’t mean colour contrast, hex codes or visual design though. I’m more interested in contrast between different contexts and approaches.

Being able to perceive an idea or thinking in one way will frame a concept for someone; being able to present in alternative contexts, with contrasting effects will frame it for many more people.
