Look at this reflection

L&D continuously repeats why we have to reflect to make sure that we learn. It’s baked into the 70:20:10 approach, is built into programmes, and is researched and studied.

I have a structure in how I do it and am interested in the ways people approach it.

Please answer the following:

  • What’s your approach to reflective practise?
  • How do you do it?
  • How do you know it works?
