Break this down into L&D; if you’re not thinking about how to use AI, the organisations you work with are using it. That doesn’t mean you’ll have policies and systems in place; people within the organisation will be using these technologies – often without agreement or approval – to work around your organisations systems and processes. And yes, that includes your LMS.

Work out how to use them (well) and find where you can add value outside your common approach.
