A need doesn’t mean a demand

Just telling people about how they can do their work better doesn’t necessarily mean they either a) want to know about it, b) hear about it, or c) want to change the way they do it.

It’s a recurrent conversation in the world of learning where we are still pushing, selling from what a supply.

Understanding what people need and being able to translate that into a skill is a skill in itself.
