• Is it Build as usual – create the same experiences again and again?
• Is it Banter as usual – using chat to keep morale up?
• Is it Blueprint as usual – a great plan not delivered?
• Is it Bridging as usual – connecting teams to boost collaboration?
• Is it Budget as usual – fighting the fight with shrinking resources?

We love C words in L&D – collaborate, create, compare, compete, cooperate, cooperate, critical, etc. What are the B words you’d use to reflect ‘As Usual’? Let me know in the comments?
