What you know

I was speaking with someone recently about knowledge and how we, in L&D, need to be better at helping people connect to share information, help shape knowledge and support people’s development of understanding.

This connectivist approach is one reason the Women Talking About Learning podcast works so well. We are lucky to have people who want to share and, with connection, create space for them to connect with others.

We have a couple of episodes we’re planning to record and would be keen to hear from people interested in being on the podcast:

The first one is the Juggling One. With expectations shifting in the last few years , the way we juggle work, home, and life are as complex as ever. We’re looking for women who have experience of this ever present challenge. We’re planning to record on the 10th July at 5pm BST. If you’re interested in this one, please get in touch.

The second one we think needs covering is the Data One. We have more data than we have ever had before, and more is being created at a faster pace than ever. Understanding this from a learning perspective is complex and we’d love to get more women’s voices in this space. We looking at recording on the 18th July at 2 or 3pm BST.

If either these is of interest, please do get in touch and let us know!
