I want to share something important and it’s not my typical post.

Remote and hybrid work has opened doors for many but It has also made things harder.

For women, unclear expectations and patchy collaboration often slow careers down. If you know the Women Talking About Learning podcast, you will know why this matters to me. Allyship is not just talk. It is putting weight behind programmes that change things.

That is why I am supporting Reveal. It is a pilot running this autumn. The aim is simple: help managers of remote and hybrid teams be clearer, more authentic, and create better spaces to work together. This first pilot is women only. The focus is on safety, growth, and progression.
