I was listening to Tom McDowall and Adam Lacey the other week talking about making podcasts work for training.

Fifteen minutes later, I’d pulled out a clip, cut it, cleaned it, and turned it into this:

It’s a great example of what happens when you structure conversations that people want to listen to.
