I’m seeing lots of prejudice in many communities I’m part of. It seems to be because people are coming to judgment without full analysis; prejudice is literally pre-judgment. If you’re not analysing data and information and making decisions after and emoting and not thinking you’ll be pre-judging. Whether you like it or not, that’s prejudice.
Governance is about how things are directed, controlled, risk managed and measured. How do you govern innovation? If you’re controlling the outcome, you’re likely to be just channel shifting. If you’re allowing people freedom to do what they want, you’re not governing. Can you govern innovation?
