Being in sync with everyone around you creates a great environment where everyone operates at the same pace and speed. What if that’s what’s causing the problem?
to judge you? Who are you to judge me? What’s even worse is when people form an opinion about something before they’ve encountered it, understood it, engaged and reflected on it. Pre-judgment. Or prejudice.
I like to believe I think rationally. Unfortunately, I’m driven by a moral imperative that will frame how I work things out. The same as you and everyone around you. It’s pretty much impossible to be completely neutral; recognise your biases.
