A week ago I was in Germany speaking at the Learntec 2020 event. There were 11 speaker slots in the English stream; I was the only male speaker. Conference organisers; it can be done. #ItStartsWithMe

Who am I
to judge you? Who are you to judge me? What’s even worse is when people form an opinion about something before they’ve encountered it, understood it, engaged and reflected on it. Pre-judgment. Or prejudice.
Moral
I like to believe I think rationally. Unfortunately, I’m driven by a moral imperative that will frame how I work things out. The same as you and everyone around you. It’s pretty much impossible to be completely neutral; recognise your biases.
Paint
I was at a conference yesterday and visited the exhibition space. One of the ‘attractions’ a vendor was using was an apparently nude model being covered in body paints.
