In your learning sessions people will be Googling your references to check your version of the truth. They’ll check the evidence of your assumptions to make sure that you’re data led. They will look up comments online about your models and suppositions to check your insights are accurate.
If your learning function is talking about learning styles in your activity, you’re going to be labelled as irrelevant fairly quickly and you’ll leak trust.
