We often hear that we want people to role model what good looks like. What about when people role model what bad looks like?

We need to approach both contexts with the same vigour and enthusiasm to get the best outcome possible. If we don’t, we’re acknowledging poor behaviour and advocating that it’s OK for people to get away with it.
