The story you’re telling

Bringing in a learning activity because of an organisation wide issue tells one story.

Bringing it in because of the actions of one department tells another.

Doing it in response to a competitor’s actions tells another.

Doing it to promote the health of your workforce is something else.

The story you tell isn’t just what you do but also when you do it. People will associate what you’re doing with a range of other events and seemingly unconnected factors. You need to know as many of these factors before launching or the story you tell might not be the story people hear.
