
To encourage deeper learning in schools, Scott McLeod Associate Professor of Educational Leadership at the University of Colorado Denver proposed 4 big shifts required to make it happen

If we look at this model as a measure of your workplace learning, how many of these shifts are also required? All 4 have validity in work and deserve more thought.
