Learning IS the work

One benefit of my eye problems has been seeing how many people are constantly learning.

Part of the aftercare includes clinic visits where I have a range of processes undertaken from paperwork to eye scans and pressure tests. At almost every visit they’re have been people sitting with their colleagues, reflecting on the activity undertaken, learning what’s required and trying thing or for themselves.

LnD isn’t sitting in classrooms or completing e-learning modules. As Harold Jarche says, learning is the work.
