This is not about gamification.

About half the UK population play video games every week. The mean average time spent is over 10 hours a week.

Playing games like Minecraft, League of Legends, puzzle games and online cooperative activities, people are:

  • Planning strategically, tactically and operationally
  • Resource managing
  • Delegating
  • Communicating
  • Sharing success
  • Analysing failures
  • Creating feedback loops
  • Developing critical thinking and motor skills.

So you don’t play games? Fine. But your employees do. 78% of players are over 20 years old and the average age of a gamer is 43.

Wouldn’t your LnD offer be amazing if you achieves the same level of engagement with it?
