Since I started committing to this blog, I got into the habit of posting at 6:30 am. I have continued to post at this time since I started posting on a daily basis 18 months ago.
For this week, I changed this to 7:30. I wanted to see if the change of time affects engagement, sharing or visits. I also want to reflect on seeing the blogs go live; I’m always up at 7:30 where that may not be the case at 6:30.
Does the timing matter? Let’s see.
Lost and Desperate 
Brings back the old days of posting just before the east coast US started commuting because there was a clear spike then. Gave up trying a long time ago!

Thanks for the thought – I’m going to reflect over the coming days on what habits and routines I’ve slipped into, how necessary / valuable they are, and whether or not they would benefit from a bit of a shake-up. Apart from the odd: “Why am I even doing this?!” moment, it’s long overdue.
